Here’s a new question to ask yourself a few times every day:

              Is What I’m Doing Right Now
In Service of the Fullest Expression of Myself?

That’s a gut question, not an intellect question. Does this feel like I’m fully expressing myself? I’m not asking about KPIs here. I’m asking whether you are choosing to show up fully. I’m asking if you’re giving and contributing in a way that is uniquely yours.

That’s it.

Sometimes, for me as well, sometimes my fullest expression comes in a burst. You won’t a full page to read today. Rather, it’s just a nudge. 

At home, at work, in the community, is what I’m doing right now in service of the fullest expression of myself? 

Ask yourself that question a few times every day. You’ll be surprised at how powerful some small, subtle course correction can be!
